Coaching Skills for Managers 

Every team member can reach higher levels of performance, regardless of where they stand right now. Whether an employee is a low performer or a high performer, there is always scope to improve the performance by proper coaching and mentoring. Effective managerial coaching is proven to directly impact individual and team performance. This course will improve your ability to coach effectively and help you close the gaps between current and desired performance by accelerating employee development in attitude, skills and knowledge.

This course will introduce participants to the various coaching models, coaching principles and essential coaching skills.

2022 Course Schedule:   Every last Thursday of the month (Year 2022

Course fee includes certificate, lunch at hotel restaurant, coffee breaks with snacks and individual course workbook. During Covid-19 period, our face-to-face classes have to abide by the safe management policies of Ministry of Health and Singapore Tourism Board and these may impact eating, drinking and seating arrangements.

Zoom training is also available. In lieu of lunch, a $35 Grab gift card will be given to each Zoom participant.
