In-house corporate training programs
We provide in-house corporate training courses for Fortune 500 companies, SMEs and government institutions. Such in-company training program is a training class where our professional trainer comes to your site to teach a class for your staff or membership group. The class is scheduled at your convenience on week-days, evenings or weekends. Your organisation will be responsible for providing the training venue and the associated training logistics like projector, flip-charts, screen, sound system, coffee breaks, lunch and writing materials. Raffles Leadership Centre will provide the professional trainers and all relevant training materials. For training outside Singapore, business class airfare, 5-star hotel accommodation and relevant ground transport will be charged at costs to your company.
In-company training programs and public training programs both offer valuable opportunities for employees to develop new skills and knowledge. However, there are advantages to in-company training programs that make them a preferred option for some organisations.
Here are some of the advantages of in-company training programs over public programs:
- Customisation: In-company training programs can be tailored to the specific needs of the organisation and its employees. This means that the training can be designed to address the particular challenges, goals and objectives of the organization, making the training more relevant and effective. Public programs, on the other hand, are designed to meet the needs of a broad range of organisations and may not be customized to the specific needs of any one organisation.
- Cost-effectiveness: In-company training programs can be more cost-effective than public programs, especially if the organisation has a large number of employees who require training. By conducting training in-house, the organisation can save on travel and accommodation costs, as well as the cost of the training itself, which can be negotiated based on the size and scope of the program.
- Time-saving: In-company training programs can be scheduled to fit the organisation’s schedule, meaning that employees don’t have to take time off work to attend training. This can be particularly beneficial for organizations that operate in industries where downtime is costly or disruptive.
- Focus on company culture: In-company training programs can be designed to reflect the organization’s values, mission and culture. This can help to reinforce the organisation’s culture and create a shared understanding of what is important and valued within the organisation. Public programs, on the other hand, cannot address this due to diversity of participants.
- Build camaraderie: In-company training programs provide opportunities for employees to work together, learn together and build relationships. This can help to foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork within the organisation, which can have positive effects on morale and productivity.
