Influencing skills are indispensable to anyone working in modern organisations. Command and control structures have given way to less hierarchical, cross team and partnership working models where you get things done by influencing and persuading others.

This strategic influencing skills training course will help you understand how influencing works, provide you with practical tips and techniques to become more influential and help you work on building an effective repertoire of influencing styles.

The program fee is inclusive of hotel lunch or $50 foodpanda voucher for Zoom class, a personal course workbook and all relevant workshop e-materials. The face-to-face class and the Zoom virtual online webinar class may be conducted at the same time, depending on the number of delegates registered for each option. A typical class could comprise of Zoom participants and participants in a hotel training room, taught by the same trainer who is onsite at the hotel venue.

Participants will be awarded the “International Certificate in Influence Strategy” from Raffles Leadership Centre when they complete the full program.
